Abbigail bowers

Abbigail Bowers is a Kindergarten teacher at The Ecclesial School at Northland. Abbigail received her bachelor’s from the University of Central Florida in Early Childhood Education. Growing up, she was homeschooled by her mother, who instilled in her both a love of learning and imparting knowledge to others. From early on, she recognized her heart for children and teaching was the natural path to take. She has over ten years of experience working with children of various ages, in and out of the classroom; including paid and volunteer work in the preschool and elementary ministries at her church. Although this will be her first year teaching kindergarten, she has taught in 2nd – 4th grades as well as preschool.  

Abbigail is an active member of her church; volunteering in the children’s ministry, teaching a middle school girl’s bible study, and serving in an administrative role to her young adult community. She is an avid reader and aspiring writer, even if it never leaves her personal journal. Abbigail is close with her immediate family, who all still live in Central Florida.
