Application and Enrollment Process

The following information is designed to help you through the admissions process. Please use this as a guide. Feel free to call with questions at 321-358-1610.

Steps for Application

  • Schedule a campus tour by submitting an online request or calling 321-358-1610.

  • If you have not already, apply for a Florida Choice Scholarships at ​StepUpForStudents.org. All Florida residents are eligible but space is limited.

  • After your tour, we will invite you to submit an application which includes submitting the following documents:

    • Birth Certificate

    • School records and test scores for grades 1-10

    • Teacher Questionnaire

Steps for Admission

Once your application is complete and documents are submitted, we will reach out to schedule​ a student assessment. The final step in the admission process is a parent partnership meeting. After this, families will receive an email from our admission coordinator notifying them of the status of the student for the upcoming year.

Steps for Enrollment

  • Once a student(s) is accepted, families will receive an email inviting them to enroll their child(ren). We ask that all families complete enrollment within two weeks.

  • You will be asked to submit the following documents:

    • Immunization Record (DH-680 or exemption)

    • Health Examination Record (DH-3040)

    • To be considered for a lower share of tuition, we ask that you submit the most recent 1040 tax document and receive or plan to apply for Florida Choice scholarships (FTC, FES-EO, FES-UA, and Hope).

  • You will be notified when an enrollment contract is created and ready for review and signature.

  • The last step in enrollment is to register a payment method and pay the online enrollment fee.

Costs

  • Application Fee: $25 per student with a maximum of $35 per family

  • Enrollment Fee: $35 per student

  • The total cost of tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $11,950. Everyone pays a share of tuition, but everyone’s share is different based on financial need.

    • All Florida residents are eligible for Florida Choice scholarships (FTC, FES-EO, FES-UA, and Hope). We encourage all families to apply for these scholarships.

    • Shares start at $250 per year per student for lower income families. Higher income families pay the difference between the cost of tuition and Choice Scholarships funds.

  • All fees are paid online. We do not accept checks or cash for fees.
