Yaenalah Schulte
Yaenalah Schulte is thrilled to be joining The Ecclesial School at Northland as the Second Grade teacher. Yaenalah started her career in education nine years ago while living in Texas. She was originally hired to be an administrative assistant at a school. However, God had bigger plans. She was suddenly asked to step into a classroom and never looked back. Yaenalah has been molding and enriching the minds of students ever since.
After moving to Central Florida and falling in love with educating the minds of children, Yaenalah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in International and Comparative Politics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Central Florida. She also earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading from Grand Canyon University. Her goal is to support students as they learn, gain a love for learning and grow in their faith. Reading is very important to her and she is eager to foster a love for reading in each of her students. Yaenalah is passionate about the opportunity to share God’s love with her students.
Yaenalah has a wonderful son, Killian, who will be joining The Ecclesial School family as a student. He is nervous about this change but is excited about making new friends. His favorite thing is to practice karate and loves the thrill of competing. As a family, they enjoy growing together in Christ. They worship at Grace Church and volunteer on the weekend. Yaenalah believes that learning doesn't only occur in the classroom but it occurs in books and by traveling, which they enjoy doing as often as possible.
